g999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
g999 believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Use our tools and support to keep your gaming experience healthy and enjoyable — for players aged 21+ only.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — but that entertainment becomes harmful when it is no longer under control. g999 believes that awareness is every player's greatest protection.
Our platform does more than offer games — we make sure every user knows their limits, can take a break when needed, and can easily get help with any issue.
Remember: betting is entertainment — not a source of income. Placing more bets in the hope of winning back lost money is never the answer.

g999's Safety Tools
g999 provides several effective tools to keep your gaming experience safe. Using these tools, you can set your own limits.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it cannot be changed before the active period ends, keeping you protected from overspending.
Time-Out
Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period. You can take a break ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, there is no option to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, apply for long-term self-exclusion. This step is taken seriously and your account will be completely closed.
Loss Limit
If your losses exceed a set amount, your account will automatically stop accepting bets. This tool prevents you from going beyond your plan.
Reality Check
After a set amount of time in a game, a reminder appears letting you know how long you have been playing. This keeps players aware of the time they spend.
24/7 Support
If you are experiencing problems with gaming, contact us at any time via live chat. Our Bangla-speaking support team is always by your side — day or night.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
Stay aware of these signs to protect yourself or someone you care about. If any of them feel familiar, it is time to seek help.
Constantly trying "just one more" and chasing losses is the most common warning sign.
Spending time gaming while neglecting daily responsibilities is a cause for concern.
Concealing the amount you bet or losses from family or friends is an important warning sign.
Using betting as a solution to mental health problems makes the situation more complicated.
Using money set aside for essential expenses (rent, food, bills) for gaming is a sign of a serious problem.
Feeling irritable or uncomfortable when not gaming may be a sign of addiction.
